After commissions spread and fees, you might see that some of the stocks might move down after you purchase it, this is completely normal as equities are volatile and can move in up or down according to market conditions.
If you are feeling stressed out you can always invest less money till you feel more confident in our strategies.
We have seen some stocks go down up to 10% in the middle of the month to then recover and gain over 15% so volatility is part of the game you just want to make sure you are not investing more than you are willing to lose
